Bright Futures Tool and Resource Kit, 2nd Edition

The completely updated and revised Bright Futures Tool and Resource Kit, 2nd Edition is designed to accompany and support Bright Futures: Guidelines for Health Supervision of Infants, Children, and Adolescents, 4th Edition, the national standard for health supervision care. This second edition provides health care professionals with an organized compilation of current forms and materials that relate to preventive health supervision and health screening for infants, children, and adolescents. The new online platform allows easy access to the most current tools. Health care professionals can use or adapt these materials to meet the needs of their practices and ensure they are following the recommendations presented in the Bright Futures Guidelines, 4th Edition when delivering care to patients and their families.
