The National Coordinating Center for Epilepsy is featuring promising practices that have been recognized for their innovation, practicality, and potential for replication to enhance care for children and youth with epilepsy (CYE) and related chronic conditions. Each practice has made a significant impact on improving access to coordinated and comprehensive care, offering strategies that can be adopted by others within the community. These practices align with one of the program’s four global aims: Telehealth, Shared Decision Making, Health Care Transition, and Communication/Collaboration/Co-Management.
