Download and distribute this survey tool to medical trainees to assess breastfeeding support perceptions and attitudes.
Embed the survey in an electronic survey tool (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms) to efficiently distribute to medical trainees and analyze results. Note for survey administrators: This survey tool was developed within the context of two learning collaboratives conducted from 2020-2022 and data were analyzed by AAFP/AAP evaluation staff. The survey was reviewed by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the associated project was deemed exempt.
