Emily C. Webber, MD, FAAP, FAMIA, is Chief Medical Information Officer for Riley Children’s Health and Associate CMIO for Indiana University Health, the largest health care provider in the state. She is a practicing physician, board certified in pediatrics, pediatric hospital medicine and clinical informatics.  Dr. Webber is currently chairperson of the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Clinical Information Technology and also an affiliate scientist at the Regenstrief Institute.  Having worked on many IT implementations; her work is now focused on optimization of health IT, patient access and patient-centered data, virtual care and promoting the health of Indiana children and communities. 

Elizabeth Matsui, MD, MHS

Elizabeth Matsui, MD, MHS, is a Professor of Population Health and Pediatrics and Associate Director of the Health Transformation Research Institute at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin. She is a pediatric allergist-immunologist and epidemiologist and a leading international expert on environmental exposures and their effects on asthma and other allergic conditions. She received her undergraduate degree in molecular biology and her medical degree from Vanderbilt University. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of California at San Francisco in 1996. She joined the faculty at Johns Hopkins in 2003 and was promoted to Professor in 2015 before joining the faculty at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
