Thomas Glenn, MD, is a second-year pediatric cardiology fellow at UCSD - Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. Born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, he developed a love of cardiac physiology and medicine at a young age. Now, as both a patient and provider, he wants to build resiliency in patients with complex congenital heart disease. He has been involved in the National Pediatric Cardiology Quality Improvement Collaborative and the newly formed Fontan Outcomes Network, aimed at improving long-term outcomes for patients living with single ventricle physiology.
