Dr. Ryan Padrez is a pediatrician and Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University’s School of Medicine. He is the Co-Director of Community Engagement for the Pediatric Department’s Office of Child Health Equity and is also the Medical Director of The Primary School, a new integrated health and education model that serves low-income children and families in Northern California. Ryan also serves on the national Executive Committee for the AAP Council on School Health.
Susanna Jain, MD

Dr. Susanna Jain is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco and a general pediatrician who practices primary and urgent care in Northern California. She has special interests in health care equity and diversifying the medical workforce.
Lauren Burgoon, MD

Lauren Burgoon, MD, is a general pediatrician in South Jersey and recently graduated from pediatrics residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Her clinical and professional interests include gun violence prevention, health equity, narrative medicine and physician wellness. As a career-changer, she works to integrate her journalism background into pediatrics practice to advocate for children's health and well-being.
