Step 1: Download the Roster Template

Note: You only need to download one roster template, regardless if you manage more than one program. Simply combine them onto one roster by including the corresponding Program AAP IDs found below.

Step 2: Populate the Roster

Step 3: Review your organizations

Refer to the list below for your program name and number. Include this number in the 'Program AAP ID #' column for the applicable individuals on the roster template.

Step 4: Save and Upload your Roster

Once you have completed your roster, please save it in the following format: CSV (Comma delimited). Any other format will not be accepted by our database. Once your completed roster has been saved as a CSV (Comma delimited), upload it in the box below. *Please refresh your browser prior to uploading.

Step 5: Check Your Email

Processing the roster could take up to one hour. Once that process is complete, you'll receive an email from us letting you know if your roster was processed successfully. If there are errors on your rosters, simply correct them and ONLY resubmit the records you have fixed. As soon as your entire roster has been processed successfully, go to the Program Administration Center to review for accuracy and request an invoice.
