What is the AAP Enterprise Membership?
The AAP Enterprise Membership (EM) is a multi-year collaboration with AAP national, AAP state chapters, and the pediatric organization. All member-eligible physicians in the organization join both AAP national and chapter. EM offers member benefits & services for both individuals and organizations.
Who is eligible for the Enterprise Membership?
All providers must meet the eligibility criteria according to the AAP bylaws and be a part of one of the following organizations: academic institutions with an ACGME-accredited residency program, children’s healthcare foundation, pediatric hospital division, non-academic children’s hospitals, pediatric care networks, independent physicians associations, independent practice associations, or clinically integrated networks.
What if my organization already has current AAP members?
That’s wonderful and thank you for being an AAP member. Any current memberships will be reflected in the first invoice based on each expiration date. For a full membership analysis, please submit an interest form and include a roster.
Are NPs and PAs included in group membership?

What are the requirements for AAP EM?
The program is a collaboration between National AAP, the state chapter(s), and the pediatric care organization. Enterprise members are required to have membership in both National AAP, the relevant state chapter(s), and meet the membership eligibility requirements of the AAP.
Why should my organization participate in the Enterprise Membership (EM) program?
Enterprise members gain AAP benefits at both the organization and individual levels. An organization will save time, money, and energy with one annual invoice. Membership dues are discounted at the national level and state chapters may also offer a discount. An organization selects the same anniversary date for all providers and can provide updates to the roster at any time.
