If so, you know that the U.S. Senate introduced the Reach Every Mother and Child Act (S. 1451) in April 2021. The bill would make the position of maternal and child health coordinator at the U.S. Agency for International Development permanent - ensuring that maternal and child health are prioritized and coordinated across the agency's programs.

The Paid Family and Medical Leave Act
This new proposal would provide workers with up to 12 weeks of partial income when they take leave due to pregnancy, the birth of a child, the adoption of a child, or to care for a child or other family member with a serious health condition, among other reasons.
