The mission of the American Academy of Pediatrics' Section on Global Health (SOGH) is to promote and lead efforts to help children throughout the world attain optimal physical, mental and social health and well-being. The Section will prepare and empower its members to make meaningful contributions to global child health through high quality education and training, effective partnerships and collaborations, and staunch advocacy for the world's children.
