Medical Students- $0*
Residents- $10*
International Member - $15*
All other accepted National member types- $25*

*In addition to national dues
Special Requirements: Must be actively involved in some aspect of the study of injury prevention strategies in infants, children, or adolescents and interested in contributing toward the objectives of the Council.
Council affiliate membership
1. Licensed physicians who are not eligible for AAP membership.
2. Licensed Allied Health Professionals actively involved in injury, violence and poison prevention activities.
Applicants must submit:
- Two letters of recommendation from Fellows or Specialty Fellows
- Copy of medical license
- Curriculum Vitae or other evidence of involvement that addresses injury, violence and poison prevention issues (e.g. copies of minutes or print materials that feature the applicant’s name)
3. Injury, violence and poison prevention professionals with appropriate graduate and/or doctoral degree who are not otherwise required by their profession to be licensed to practice in their field.
Applicants must submit:
- Two letters of recommendation from Fellows or Specialty Fellows
- Documentation of graduate of doctoral degree (e.g. copy of diploma)
- Curriculum Vitae or other evidence of involvement that addresses injury, violence and poison prevention issues (e.g. copies of minutes or print materials or publications that feature the applicant’s name.)
