Through the generosity of the Dyson Foundation, 200 awards were given in 2007 to designated AAP Program Delegates.

The program delegate award (formerly known as NCE travel grants) is available to residents who serve as program delegates to the AAP. This award serves to support the program delegate's travel to the AAP Resident Section meeting at the annual National Conference and Exhibition (NCE). The travel award is available to both categorical and combined-training pediatric residents. However, there is only ONE award available per institution.

The AAP Program Delegate will automatically receive the $300 travel award. If your institution does not have a designated AAP Program Delegate or the program delegate is unable to attend the NCE, you may have the opportunity to receive the travel award. Program delegate awards will be in December.
