How Can Your Practice Join?

Any pediatric practice or clinic with at least one AAP member is eligible to join PROS. To become an active PROS practice, please follow one of the methods below:

1. EMAIL

Email your name, address, practice name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and how you heard about PROS to JOINPROS@aap.org.

2. CALL

Call PROS Project Assistant Norma T. Farfán at: 800/433-9016 ext. 7623. Ms. Farfán will send you the PROS Practice and Practitioner Surveys and a new member packet.

3. DOWNLOAD

Download a PROS Practice Survey for your practice and a PROS Practitioner Survey for each member of your practice who is joining PROS.

Designate a practitioner in your practice to be the Contact Practitioner. The Contact Practitioner is responsible for completing the Practice Survey and will serve as the contact person for the PROS Chapter Coordinator and the PROS central office at the American Academy of Pediatrics. Each practitioner must complete a separate Practitioner Survey.
