The Delphi Study

Protocol Overview

Pracitioners completed a three-stage, iterative Delphi study consisting of:

1) An initial open-ended survey of the most important issues inadequately researched in pediatrics

2) A second stage which assigned relative values to issues in terms of commonality and clinical importance as well as to specific questions created from issues identified in stage one

3) A final stage which required ranking of the top issues an specific questions identified in stage two.
