NRP Instructor's ManualInstructor Manual, section 5, page 3, second paragraph under How to Complete
the Neonatal Resuscitation Program Course Roster states, "A
hard-copy master of the Course Roster is provided in Appendix
F and may be reproduced when a form is needed." However,
it should read as follows, "A hard-copy master of the Course
