HTPCP Supplemental Materials Booklet Overview

To assist applicants in developing a Healthy Tomorrows grant proposal, the HTPCP Supplemental Materials booklet is updated and published each year to be used in conjunction with the official application instructions.

HTPCP Supplemental Materials are meant to provide extra assistance and tips for completing an application. They are not a substitute for the complete application kit. The HTPCP Supplemental Materials provides ideas and suggestions for preparing your proposal, planning, and implementing your project.
