Ground Transportation:
Ground transportation is accessible from both Chicago O'Hare International and Midway Airport. The Westin River North is located 45-60 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport and a taxi ride from O'Hare to the Westin River North is approximately $35. Midway Airport is only 30 minutes from the Westin River North Hotel and a taxi ride is approximately $27.

Purpose:
- To bring together CATCH Facilitators, CATCH Resident Liaisons, and Healthy Tomorrows Grantees to increase skills specific to CATCH and/or Healthy Tomorrows.
- To foster collaboration amongst the facilitators and grantees, to learn about other community-based initiatives, and to offer intensive workshops to improve community-based efforts for children.
Learning Objectives:
After attending the 2008 training meeting, participants will be able to
- Apply practice skills specific to the Healthy Tomorrows and CATCH programs to ensure successful development and implementation of Healthy Tomorrows and CATCH grants
- Apply practical strategies to build successful community collaborations and partnerships
- Engage pediatricians, allied health professionals and families in child health initiatives
- Incorporate knowledge of culturally effective care into their practice or community project
- Identify resources and methods to ensure sustainability of grant projects
- Utilize and recommend tools and resources identified during the meeting
