CATCH Implementation Funds
Program
The Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Implementation Funds
program supports pediatricians in the initial
and/or pilot stage of developing and implementing a community-based
child health initiative. Grants of up to $12,000 are awarded to pediatricians each
year on a competitive basis.
The 2009
CATCH Implementation Funds Call For Proposals will be November 1, 2008 -January 31, 2009. The materials below can be used to start working on your application prior to the next call for proposals.
Do you need assistance preparing your proposal? If so, CATCH would like to show you how easy it is to get application assistance through the CATCH Network. Please send your question(s) and/or a brief paragraph describing the idea for your project (be sure to include your name) to your Chapter CATCH Facilitator (CCF). Your CCF should be your first point of contact for your grant. If you require further assistance you may contact CATCH staff at catch@aap.org. All requets for tenchical assistance must be in no later than December 15th, 2008. Below you will find tips and more information on Technical Assistance.

CATCH Program and supported by Wyeth, MilkPEP, Hasbro Children's Foundation, Ronald
McDonald House Charities, CVS Caremark Charitable Trust, Gerber Products
Company, and through individual donations to the AAP Friends of Children Fund.
